LED bulb lights is more and more popular for home and commercial lgihting,Because it have some advantages than the traditional light and CFL light,such as energer-saving,environmental protection and very long lifetime. But there are lots of led bulb light brands and manufacturers, and how we choose good quality bulb light from them ? The key words is we need to identify the structure of led bulb light,that will be help us to choose the better bulb light with good price.
Led bulb lights can divided into five parts: PC cover,Led aluminum board,heat sink,power driver,lamp holder. As the picute below.

(1) PC Cover
In the market,we can find 2 type of PC cover : transparent ,milky diffused.
(a) Transparent cover will win the 99% light transmittance,but it will be a little glare when people looking at the led lighting derectly.



(b) Diffused cover can make the softly light but the light transmittance will be about 80%,this type led bulb light will use for the home and upscale place.



(2) Led aluminum board
The aluminum board with led is the most expensive and is the core of the led bulb light.The quality of LED will effect on the light effect and the bulb light lifetime.At this time as the limited of heat sink volume and the high heat from LED,conventional led bulb light is use the 1W high power LED.The circuit board material made into aluminum,it can be easily conduct LED heat to the heat sink.When choose the led bulb light,buyer should ask for the brand of led and check the quality of the aluminum board.Different LED brand with difference price！



(3) Heat sink
The main function of heat sink is for heat dissipation from the LED,so it can let the LED working in a stable temperature and protect the LED.The heat sink is made from the aluminum for good heat dissipation. The thick heat sink will have a better heat dissipate for the LED,and a good heat sink will have a very well casting shape without any scratch marks.




(4) Power driver
The power driver is the second important part of bulb light,because it concern with Electrical safety problems and also is the second most expensive part of bulb light.The driver must be passed EMC and CE tested,that is the most basic electrical safety requirements! When we choose the led bulb light we should pay attention for it and ask the manufactuere provide the copy of CE certificate,it is better if the manufactuere can provide the UL,TUV certificate of the driver and the whole bulb light.


(5) Lamp holder
Lamp holder is the most simple part of bulb light.We can choose the E14,E27,B12 for bulb light as what we need in fact.The most popular lamp holder is E27.
