Library checkout lighting

Books, radio plays, films – when we have found what we are looking for in a library, we head for the checkout. To enable us to get our bearings swiftly, uniform general lighting providing at least 300 lux illuminance is required here.The led panel light will be a good choose.

The visual tasks performed at the counter are particularly difficult: user ID and return-by dates are checked, books are inspected. The library staff work mostly at computers – a demanding visual task with specific lighting requirements. The rules relating to VDU work need to be complied with here. Particular care needs to be taken to ensure adequate glare limitation and a minimum lighting level of 500 lux.(more information please visit www.greendyled.com)
